Overall: the first words out of my mouth when I ate this cupcake were…..oh my! the lime flavor just pops in your mouth, and then it’s “cooled” down by the sweet almond frosting
Cupcake: super moist cake with a nice tartness to it from the lime with an underlying touch of sweetness from the coconut milk, but it doesn’t add a strong coconut flavor to it
Frosting: sweet with a bit of crunch to it. the almond flavoring in the frosting is enhanced by a deeper nuttiness from the almond slivers, providing you with two separate nutty flavors
